  1. How do you keep so slim with all these cheese-and-cream recipes? Must be the magic power of youth!
I love cauliflower — if you don’t, try breaking it into small flowerette pieces, toss in olive oil and a little salt, then spread on a cookie sheet and roast at about 375 on the top rack in the oven for about 15-20 minutes… long enough so they really start to brown. So nutty and flavorful and good! (It helps to make sure the “flower” sections of each piece face up, that’s what gets roasty-toasty.).

    1. I don’t know, Long-Distance Dad, but I’m not gonna complain. I’m just grateful for the cheese and cream recipes that I can enjoy that are out there! πŸ™‚ Lol! Thanks for the tip on roasting cauliflower. I’ve never tried it that way before but it sounds like it’d be good.

    1. I remember you saying that about the cream cheese before. But you probably don’t need to put it in there anyway. πŸ™‚

  2. As a vegetable side dish, cauliflower is quite nice just steamed, drizzled with a bit of real butter. With cheese – it sings a siren’s song!
