  • I thought I was going to workout at the gym every I thought I was going to workout at the gym every day this month for at least one hour--and even tried telling myself I would receive $1,000,000,000 at the end of the year if I did so. πŸ‘€The problem with that scenario is that my brain actually knows that this will not be the case and it's not true. In real life, it's a falsehood. πŸ™„And because of that I've now decided that I'm not going to workout on Saturdays and Sundays (at least for now). I feel that me doing it Monday thru Friday is good enough for what's going on in my life this month.I have a lot of things I'm trying to accomplish this month and I usually have the most energy in the mornings. So driving to the gym, working out for an hour, and driving back home takes up time. So 5 days a week is πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ.I wish I had a gym so close to my home that I could walk to it like my friends can. They can see the gym from their home window and it takes one minute for them to walk there. And some of my friends still will NOT go to the gym even so close by. 😐 I WISH! πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈDo any of you go to a gym? Is it close by for you? And do you actually workout there? πŸ˜’ I will never understand the people that go there and just stand and talk to each other the whole time without working out. Then they go home and tell people they went to the gym for an hour. πŸ™„ Yeah, but what did you do there? πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
