Recipe for—Mushroom-Asparagus Risotto
So, if you have nothing else to do today, make yourself a simple and divine risotto dish.
Take-Away Life Lesson: Β Season it well; otherwise, it can be a little bland.
I love your ‘take away life lessons’!

This looks delicious. I need to try to make this!
So creamy.
That is an absolutely beautiful dish. I have never tried risotto but this looks delicious. I recall during an episode of The Next Food Network Star, Wolfgang Puck was the featured guest. Each cast had to prepare something for Puck and several of the judges. One girl messed up the risotto entree, enough so, Puck stopped the dinner and walked her back to the kitchen. He did so to show her the “proper” way of making a risotto. She wanted to find the deepest hole and just call it home. That was incredibly embarrassing.
Wow. I didn’t see that episode.
Looks Yummy!
XOXO

You know that looks like a scrumpuous side dish, to some form of meat, of course.
Exactly. That’s how it would be perfection.
