Don’t ask me why, but I was on a healthy kick today.

So, if you have nothing else to do today, try Mediterranean eating.

Take-Away Life Lesson:Β  There’s nothing wrong with trying to be healthy once in a while.

      1. Light spritz of butter on the veggies – some caraway seeds on the cabbage; mint on the carrots; broccoli is good as is . . . and tiny dab of sour cream on the salmon, with a line of dill across it. If you have fresh dill . . . even better.

  1. I eat healthy every meal which is why I can only look at and not eat some of your recipes. Plus I am a vegetarian but this dish still looks good πŸ™‚
