That looks yummy. I think I will have to attempt to make it.
Thanks!
My mom and dad are both tofu junkies. I think it rubbed off on me, because when prepared correctly, tofu is mighty scrumptious. Do you prefer firm or soft tofu?
I don’t think I’ve ever gotten the soft kind. I’ve always gotten the firm or extra firm. There’s really no taste to tofu, but when prepared properly with the right ingredients I can eat it all day.
I prefer the firm/extra firm as well. I haven’t prepared tofu in quite some time. In fact, my last recollection of tofu involved an entree, from a Japanese restaurant I now forget. I do remember how amazing it was though.
That does look good. Vegetarian recipes are always welcome around here.
Was lovely.
I just had Tofu for dinner, but this one looks even more delicious. Thanks for sharing!
We gotta get our tofu in us!
Happy Easter in advance Cita!
You, too, Sam!!! π
Nice dish. Paneer is cottage cheese and made of cow or buffalo milk. I think tofu is made of soy milk. Tofu is a silkier version of paneer .

Looks Yummy π

Mmmm, looks good. I’m a vegetarian, but I rarely eat tofu. Might have to try this π
Tofu has no taste which is why you need to make it tasty enough to eat.
My thoughts are, if I have a nicely grilled rib steak put on the plate, it would be thick enough to plow this dish right off my plate onto my wife’s. Once again saying, “I’m only giving you my portion because I love you soooooo much!” Yep, once more, encourageable!
Lol! And the bigger the steak the better.
It looks really good!
Thanks!
Last time I was in Africa we were eating tofu burgers and loving them. I must see where I can get tofu in Prague
That’s sounds like an interesting burger.
ahhh nice
π
yay, tofu π
Cheers! π
I have never had tofu. We don’t get it here in Kerala (India). But I know a lot of people substitute paneer in tofu recipes. It’s not the same, but the recipe would still work.
That’s interesting. I’ve never heard of paneer before. I’ll send some tofu to you, Safa! π
