Made with ground turkey, salsa, onions, green bell peppers, lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning served in corn taco shells.
So, if you have nothing else to do today, make it a taco night.

Brings back memories of taco night when I was growing up. It was so “ethnic” at the time–like we were living on the wild side. Thinking there was stir-fry and pizza nights, too. Love that it’s all mainstreamed and considered simple pleasures now.
Yeah, it’s just so basic now especially when I make them. Maybe I’ll make them more ethnic next time.
These will be my last meal.
