Yumm! Creamy Tuna and Mushroom Linguini!
Yum yum :)!
Oh, yeah.
Keep encouraging your friends to try this method of preparing food. It’s simple, cheap, nutritious and time saving. I’m a sucker for cookbooks (rooms full of ’em!), but they are inspiration and outlines to keep one’s “food brain” active. Actually trying it a few times provides confidence. Your blog has a lot of traffic. I hope people are paying attention to what you are providing for inspiration, too! ;-> Thanks for providing that inspiration!!!

Exactly.
Hopefully this movement will spread. Good, nutritious food is soooo easy and economical – if only a little effort is put forth. Once learned, these treasured abilities make one’s life a breeze – as far as preparing food.
It really can make life easier and I love when there’s leftovers.
